High-Speed Wireless Internet

Wireless Internet is just that: wireless. You do not need a phone or cable line to your house. Wireless can cover great distances without all the hassle of running cable or dealing with phone and cable companies.

Wireless Internet is broadcast from one of our access points to a small antenna mounted on the side or roof of your home or business. This is an "ALWAYS ON" Broadband Internet Connection. Our signal can usually broadcast up to a one mile radius from the antenna atop our building. We use the 802.11G standard for increased throughput.

What happens once you've decided you want wireless internet access?

Site Survey:

• We Must see if you are within our coverage area, Then Schedule a day to do the installation. Installation could take up to 2-3 weeks based on weather, and other challenges.

• We mount a small antenna on a pole on the side or roof of your house. Hopefully visible to one of our access points in the area. Wireless is based on Line-Of-Sight. Some locations may not be able to get wireless.

• From the antenna, we run a cable to your computer. We then provide you with a user name and password, and you're good to go.

• We can configure a router (not included) for you, so you can share the Internet connection with multiple computers in your home or business.

• Once everything is configured, you're all set to surf the web, email, almost anything you want.
